I was humbled & delighted to be asked to be involved in S6 of this independent & beautiful film series (our fungi-tastic foresty episode is yet to air but there’s plenty of other goodies on demand at www.fromthewild.ca to keep us going until then!) it’s chock-full of droolworthy cinematics, interesting wild food wonders & passionate people (mainly) from across the water in Canada (wow they have *true* wilderness there!) ❄
The series involves all aspects of the wild & food, including hunting & fishing (so bear that mind if that’s not your thing) as well as foraging, plants, fungi, fire cooking, wildcrafted art & outdoor living, we well as using what you have access to for laying down preserves & stocks for the long harsh northern winters…
