I’m a *total* aniseed junkie! I love chicken in tarragon sauce, so why not up the ‘aniseed’ flavour ante and add wild fennel seeds, fresh tarragon and thai sweet basil leaves!! ♡

Free-range, organic chicken thighs and roadkill pheasant legs dusted in ground wild fennel seeds, alexanders seeds and hen of the woods powder, pan-browned, then all cooked in a creamy, garlic white wine sauce with sargassum seaweed sprigs, black horns of plenty, waxy spuds, fresh tarragon, homegrown thai sweet basil, plus thyme, three-cornered leek and a bay leaf from the garden
