Had great fun doing a truffle snuffle once again with Melissa and her gorgeous dogs recently ♡
We also had honeyed truffle vodka in the woods with the group, and then later for tea we rustled up some delicious ‘made up’ dinner for ourselves, consisting of wild mushroom (winter chants, saffron milkcaps, chanterelles, ceps) risotto with pan-fried woodpigeon breasts in a sticky, darwin’s barberry & red wine sauce, smothered in grated truffle, followed by truffle & caramel pannacotta…! Yum…
